To prolong the life of your cutting board, follow these simple care instructions: Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Do Not soak or put in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly after each use. At least once a month apply a small amount of food safe oil to a clean, dry board, let rest for about an hour and then wipe away excess oil with a paper towel. This will maintain its finish and prevent the wood from drying out.
